Θανάσης Νάσκος

I'm a Data Scientist with a PhD in Computer Science on Cloud Resource Elasticity. After completing my academic studies, I joined Atlantis Engineering in 2018 as the leading Data Scientist in the R&D department. In this role, I led the implementation and deployment of Industry 4.0 technologies across various research projects. Over the past six years, i have built a strong expertise in predictive maintenance, applying my skills to commercial applications including cold-forming, material processing, robotic arms, vehicles, HVAC systems, and insulation materials. Currently, as Chief Innovation Officer, I oversee the development of Sibyl, Atlantis Engineering’s Industry 4.0 platform. My work is grounded in my deep interests in predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and distributed and streaming data management, driving forward the advancement of modern industrial technologies.
