Emmanouil Avgerinos (1971), Dipl. Chemical Engineer (NTUA), Dipl. in Technology Management. I work, as Plant General Manager in VIANEX SA, and more than 25 years in pharmaceutical sector area, quality assurance systems, process optimization, process equipment and supporting utility systems, new Industry 4 applications and AI solutions. Strong management skills to lead, coach and mentor associates, experience in business mainly in sterile liquid, oral liquid and lyophilised products in all managerial roles in a pharmaceutical production plant. And main skills are knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, administration and economics, optimization and improvement of operations, KPIs and quality management. I was finalist (1 of 3) in the Manufacturing Manager of the Year 2024, I was awarded in Plant Managers 100 Power list 2023 powered by EY, Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (From 1994). I had worked from 1996 to 2005 in more than 15 European and Greek research projects with innovative and patented subjects, author /co-author in more than 14 evaluated papers in international scientific editions. Participation in co-writing of chapters in scientific editions (books and reports).
